Thanking All Veterans!

If you do NOTHING else today, thank a veteran for his/her service. Find as many as you can to thank, and let them know how much you appreciate their contribution. Without them we wouldn't be free to Vote, to speak openly, and to live in prosperity. Do something nice for them : Donate your time or money to an organization which works to improve the lives of vets and their families, or one which supports the families of those currently serving in the Armed Forces... GO - Do it NOW! I've never served in the military, and have incredible respect for anyone who has - at any level, for any length of service. It's an amazing sacrifice for them as well as for the families who wait behind for them. Update You should check out Papa Graumagus' post today - simple and to the point. What's in a name?

Or in this case, what is the source of the name? I just couldn't resist naming my new blog (which has no real purpose, yet) in response to Graumagus at FrizzenSparks. There was no time limit in the Musing, so the name here may change at any time :-) He has created a great new logo for Blog Snipers - go there to check it out!

The Beginning

I wanted to start commenting without being anonymous, so I created this blog account. Give me time, I'll start figuring out how to get going!
