In Memoriam (updated)

I was shocked and saddened to learn that Mike Reed, known to us as Bunker Mulligan, passed away Friday morning ... at only 52, much too young. Mike was kind and funny, and always demonstrated his intense pride in his children. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
